Fred Levinton
Fred is the founder and president of Nova Photonics, Inc. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society, and recipient of their Award for Excellence in Plasma Physics (1997). He invented the motional Stark effect diagnostic in 1989, and is an author of over 100 refereed publications. He received his Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University in 1983. Jill Foley

Ilker Uzun-Kaymak
Ilker is a Research Physicist with Nova Photonics. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. She worked as a Research Associate at the UMD-College Park, later she joined the plasma diagnostics group at UW-Madison and became an Assistant Scientist. Before joining Nova Photonics she was a tenured Associate Professor at the Middle East Technical University (ODTU/METU) in Ankara, Turkey. David Cylinder
Dave is a mechanical engineering specialist. He designs and creates biomimetic aircraft and other robotic systems. He also has extensive experience in spectroscopic plasma diagnostics.

Yei Wo
Yei Wo is a Sr. Optical Engineer with Nova Photonics. He has a Ph.D. in physics from Old Dominion University and did an NRC postdoc at JPL Caltech. Before joining Nova Photonics he worked at Perspecta Labs and Booz Allen Hamilton on optical research projects for the Dept. of Defense and other government agencies.
Georgy Polyakov
Georgy is a Sr. Optical Engineer with Nova Photonics. He has a Ph. D. in physics and mathematics from MIPT (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Russia). Before, he worked in IPG Photonics Corp. as Transceiver Test Engineer and previously in CREOL, the College of Optics and Photonics and the University of Central Florida.
