Avalanche Photodiodes
We offer an integrated APD package containing
thermoelectric temperature cooling, low
noise, high gain transimpedance
amplifier, voltage amplifier and
buffer. The amplifier gain is
2x107 with a bandwidth of 150
kHz. Other gain/bandwidth options are
available. The output can drive up to 10 V
